Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pub333" or "the Platform" means the online casino and sports betting service operated at pub333.club, including all games, features, tools, and services made available therein.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who creates an account on pub333, or who accesses, browses, or uses the Platform in any capacity.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on pub333, accessing any part of the Platform, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you agree unconditionally to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy — all of which are incorporated herein by reference and form a single binding agreement between you and pub333.

Eligibility & Age Verification

Account Registration & KYC

To participate in any real-money activity on pub333, you must complete the registration process and maintain a verified Account. The following obligations apply to all registered Players:

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pub333 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (OTP) codes associated with your Account. You must:

• Never disclose your password, OTP codes, or Account details to any third party, including individuals claiming to represent pub333 support.

• Keep your registered Philippine mobile number active and accessible, as it is used for OTP-based security verification.

pub333 will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized use of your Account where such unauthorized use resulted from your failure to maintain reasonable security measures as described in this section. pub333 may temporarily lock or suspend an Account for security reasons without prior notice where suspicious activity is detected.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets on pub333 are governed by game-specific rules published within the Platform interface. In addition, the following general rules apply to all gaming activity:

• Bets placed and confirmed are final. pub333 reserves the right to void bets where a technical error, data feed error, or manipulation of results is identified.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game, the outcome of the round in progress at the time of disconnection will be determined by pub333's server records. pub333 is not responsible for connection losses caused by the Player's device or internet service provider.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per table as displayed within the game interface. These limits may vary by table type and player tier.
• pub333 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all virtual/RNG games and real physical dealing equipment for all live dealer games. Neither category is subject to manipulation by pub333 or any player.
• pub333 reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on a single bet, session, or game type where applicable, as disclosed in individual game rules or promotional terms.
• In sports betting, odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are those that apply. In-play odds may be suspended or adjusted at any time.

Bonuses & Promotions

pub333 may from time to time offer bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentive programs to eligible Players. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions and any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Each bonus offer is available to eligible Players only. Eligibility criteria will be stated in the promotional terms. Some bonuses are for new registrations only; others are for returning players meeting specific activity criteria.
• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any portion may be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and validity periods will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Players may not exploit bonuses through systematic wagering patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements. pub333 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings where abuse is identified.
• Cash deposits and Bonus Funds are generally kept separate. Real money balance is used for wagering before Bonus Funds unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pub333 and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances pending investigation, and potential referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering or using a pub333 Account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Operating multiple Accounts or permitting another person to operate your Account.
• Using any software, bot, automated system, or artificial intelligence to interact with pub333 games or betting markets in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players, house players, or any third party to manipulate game outcomes or odds.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or software vulnerabilities in the Platform.

• Depositing funds originating from illegal activities or from third-party payment accounts not registered in your name.
• Abusing bonus offers through patterns designed to extract value without genuine gaming activity.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent geographic or regulatory restrictions applicable to pub333.

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, subject to compliance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of pub333.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, pub333's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — is limited to the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pub333 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of gaming session, or loss of anticipated winnings, arising from:

• Platform downtime, technical errors, or maintenance periods (with or without prior notice).
• Internet or network connectivity failures on the Player's end.
• Unauthorized access to a Player's Account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain adequate security measures.
• Any reliance on information published on the Platform that was subsequently corrected.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, national emergencies, government-imposed restrictions, or infrastructure failures.

Nothing in this clause limits pub333's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine consumer protection law.

Suspension & Termination

pub333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• pub333 is required to do so by applicable Philippine law, regulatory directive, or court order.
• pub333 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, identity theft, or any other form of illegal activity associated with the Account.
• The Player has failed to complete required KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• pub333 determines, in its sole discretion, that continuing to serve the Player would expose the Platform to unacceptable regulatory, financial, or reputational risk.

Upon Account termination for cause, any real money balance remaining after deduction of demonstrable losses attributable to the breach (e.g., reversed fraudulent bets) may be returned to the Player's last verified payment method following completion of any required investigation. Bonus Funds will be forfeited in their entirety.

Players wishing to close their Account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting pub333 support. Voluntary closure does not affect any outstanding bet settlements or withdrawal requests initiated prior to closure.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and all matters relating to your use of pub333 are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), and applicable PAGCOR regulations.

In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to contact pub333 support at [email protected] in the first instance. pub333 will endeavour to resolve all genuine player complaints within 10 business days of receipt of a complete complaint submission. If a dispute cannot be resolved through this process, it shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Amendments to These Terms

pub333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — that is, where they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a Player — pub333 will provide advance notice via a prominent notice on the Platform and, where possible, via the email address associated with your Account.

Your continued use of pub333 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure before the amendment takes effect.
